How Does Ginseng Provide Energy?
How Does Ginseng Provide Energy?

Question: How does ginseng provide energy? I tried it, but I didn't feel anything to speak of.

The first time I tried it, I felt disappointed, too. Ginseng works subtly, but its effects truly are powerful. When taken on a regular basis, you just have more sustained energy than you remember having. You're not buzzing; you just don't have to crash at the end of the day. It's a feeling of balance. Perhaps the reason ginseng can help us achieve this state is due to its activity on nearly every bodily system including the cardiovascular, endocrine, and immune systems. It also works within the cell as a powerful antioxidant to defend against aging. To get these effects, you have to take ginseng for at least eight weeks. I heartily recommend continuing with it for awhile, and I bet you'll change your mind about it!
